I first met Mike as he was the Real Estate Agent representing my good neighbor who was selling her home.  I watched as he guided her through the process, cared for her property and concerns and sold her home for a record amount.  Of course, when it came time to put my house on the market, Mike was the person I was going with.  Mike worked with me to list my property at a date that was comfortable for me.  He worked with me to set a price that I felt was right.  He worked with me to ensure that showings and open houses were done in a way that was respectful to me and my home.  Throughout the entire process, Mike was there to answer questions, provide information and guide me through the process.  Mike is extremely communicative and provided consistent and timely updates throughout the whole transaction.  In the end, my house was sold for the price and the conditions of sale that I asked for.  Mike made everything so easy for me.  Thank you Mike!
